At Blue Horizon Blood Tests, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
